I purchased a battery for my lawn mower, it was defective, I exchange it for a new one, this one was also defective, they told me that they wouldn't exchange it even though it was defective again, they said the warranty ran out. I exchanged it at the end of September last year and put the lawn mower away for winter, when I took it out again it didn't work, this was the new one, but the original purchase expired. Two defective batteries, now I have to buy a different one somewhere else. Your customer service in the Jenison store is less than nice. I know this e-mail will not matter to anyone and the store will continue to cheat people out of money, but I will shop elsewhere and make sure I tell everyone not to go there.
