Consistent......yeah
The numerous times we have been here, both indoors and through the drive-up, it has been the same thing: the service is respectable (thus the stars given) but the food quality is inconsistent and always near poor.
Tonight was no exception. The kid wanted McDonald's. Our fries were almost woody, they were so old and tough, the burger patties were dried out and flavorless, and if we wanted 1/2 and onion on a quarter pounder, we would have ordered it with extra onions.
Sadly, the geographical region this restaurant is in has slim pickings for alternatives, and they know it. Over the years, their quality had fallen because they don't have competition to make them work for their customer base.
