I've eaten at Matsu a few times now, and every time I've been I have had the most delicious food and an all around great experience. All of the ingredients were fresh and the sushi was indescribable - I could literally live off this food 24/7. Definitely try the sashimi - you won't be disappointed. If you're in the area, Matsu is a must-eat!

Eating at the Matsu restaurant is a Dinning experience. The quality of food is excellent as well as the very friendly and professional service, I have eaten there many times and the level of quality is always maintained. The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation so a meal can be further enjoyed. In view of it all I don't hesitate to recommend it to the most discriminating palette.
