Malibu Dude Ranch

If you're going to visit this place - go for an afternoon - go for the Wranglers, Guides & Horses - DO NOT STAY here overnight. Rooms are RUN DOWN and in DISREPAIR. Common areas - same thing. The reviews that say it's not the Marriott - BELIEVE THEM, it's NOT. Dirty curtains, broken furniture, cracked ceilings, mold in the bathroom, broken wall sockets. Mind you I only saw a couple of the rooms in the cabins near the tennis courts - the fact that they rent them out - amazes me... If I did NOT bring all of my clorox wipes, lysol, mattress covers, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels - we would have left. Also, if I had younger children we would have left.
