MWM Properties

I just left MWM Properties - I wanted to view a unit and perhaps fill out an application. The clerical staff was so helpful. I had some concerns regarding my application and Ms. Gloria was so understanding, letting me ramble on when I knew she had other business to attend to. She is an asset to their business.

I called in and the girl Gloria who answered the phone answered it as if I was calling her house phone and disturbing her. When inquiring about rates and leasing terms, she huffed and puffed like it was killing her to give me the info and I was interupting her schedule. If you are at work, work. If you were with the public, have some customer service skills to match! I will be reporting them to the BBB

they have the nastiest customer service i have ever seen!the woman who answered the phone,was so rude and seemed to think i was bothering her when i asked about rental rates.if that is how they treat potential renters i would hate to see the way their current residences are dealt with.
