McDonald's

I recently came to your store on 9/30 as well 10/01/ 09 and i was completely discusted. I came inside and it looked like i walked into a hangout spot, not a place of business. There were about 3 to 4 people people standing there talking and joking, very loudly, they were making fun of a mentaly handicapted person that was in line. After placing my order it took over 8 minutes to get my sandwhich, with only 1 person ahead of me. By the time i got my food my biscut was very vhard,seemed almost stale come to find out out my sandwhich had been sitting there the entire time, but they were to occupied talking there was a young lady walking around eating food behind the counter, in front of a manager i might add, just standing there talking like nothing is wrong, this same manager then prceeded to hand out some food after picking trash of the ground without washing her hands. I askes the lady on the register what her manegers name was told me it was courtney. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME
