My name is Luis, I am a New York state certified personal trainer. I am here for all of you that want to get into shape for the summer and fit and healthy for life. While other gyms have sky-high prices on package deals or their hourly rates, I on the other hand can beat any package/hourly price out there. I also train in your home for those of you that can't make it to the gym. This way there's no excuse for any one not having time to get into shape. I will be here to give you that extra push. I will also set up a healthy eating plan to fit your lifestyle along with your new workout sessions. You can book as little as a one-hour session up to a monthly package deal with me whatever suits your needs.
