Lil Pets

We picked out Taco, a teddy bear bischon, from this pet store, and have been so happy to have a new member of our family. Taco is a fun loving dog .He is obedient and trained very easily. He rarely barks, unless someone is at the door, and he is great with our daughter. We buy dog food from here as well. Taco got sick on the Walmart brand, and it is actually cheaper than at Petco. Plus a quick stop when I need to pick it up. The groomer is one of the owners. She is super friendly and so kind to taco. I think he actually likes going to get his hair done! He always looks great. I read the other reviews. Maybe the lady who gave her puppy up didn't know how to train a dog or got frustrated trying. I know we love this pet store and even had a friend get a puppy there too. They met taco and fell in love. So they purchased a puppy from here and had a positive experience too. Now the two play together and it is fun to watch them play. Talk to the groomer. She knows her dogs!

We purchased a puppy from there in August. It was a nightmare. First of all the puppy was 6 weeks older than what we were told. It had every trait of a dog from a puppymill. Non stop barking, going to the bathroom in his crate, did not know what the grass or outdoors was, and was completely out of control. It did not care to be around people and just wanted to run. No puppy 9 weeks old is going to do that. We ended up giving him to a woman that works at a shelter and works with animals like this so they can eventually be adopted out. No real breeder that cares about dogs is going to sell them to a store not knowing what kind of a home they are going into. Bad expereince!
