Lerum Auto

When I brought my car in for a quote, they originally told me I don't need an appointment. When I showed up, they asked my why I didn't make one. When I went to pick up my car, they called me 5 minutes before they closed, everything was locked and I waited outside for them to open the door. Once I was there, I asked how much the quote was and they said they didn't know and to call back tomorrow. When I did call back, they said that they would need to see my car again to "see if they could do it". I asked why no one told me this the day before, or when I called in 2 times that day to get my actual quote. They said that they did not know and did not apologize for forgetting about me.

This shop will not get any of my business or anyone's I know. The employees are incompetent and who knows how well their work actually is.
