I have am a general contractor and I have been buying insurance from the same insurance broker for 15 years. Every year my last broker would tell me how hard it is to find insurance for general contractors. I called Lemore Insurance, I spoke to Lemore right away, she gave me a price over the phone in 5 minuts. I liked the price and the terms and conditions were acceptable. She faxed me a quote that detailed all the things we discussed on the phone. The policy was in effect by that afternoon. She was professional, curtious and quick.
