Definitely going on my roster of favorite restaurants.

I'm new to the Knoxville area, and on a recommendation from some coworkers, I decided to check out this restaurant to tackle 2 cravings at once....sushi and pad thai.\t\n\t\nThe restaurant itself does not look like much from the outside, in as trip mall down from Dollar General and a closed grocery store, but never judge a book by it's cover. Inside it is spacious, and decorated as you would expect from an Asian food restaurnant.\t\n\t\nMind you, I was there early before the dinner rush, but the size of the parking lot in that strip mall makes me think that parking will never be a problem.\t\n\t\nFrom the menu (which includes photos, for those like me who like them when making a decision about sushi, and believe me, it was a tough decision!), I selected the Lucy Roll, because the thought of deep fried sushi reminded me of recently teasing my boyfriend that he'd only try sushi if it was deep-fried...and it was AMAZING!! Crispy, tasty, with that yummy spicy orange mayo on top, this tops my list as a favorite sushi.\t\n\t\nThe pad Thai was excellent, too, as was the shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizer. \t\n\t\nAnd I'm a sucker for fried bananas, having had many Filipino coworkers in California and Hawaii, and as a result I became addicted to Banana lumpia...their variation is very tasty.\t\n\t\nAll in all, it's definitely earned a place on my regular roster of restaurants, and I don't know how long I can hold off before going back for more. \t\n\t\nFor those noticing my weakness for anything fried, rest assured, the menu is extensive and the majority appears to NOT be fried.\t\n\t\nPrices are reasonable, compared to some other Japanese/Thai/sushi restaurants I've been to over the years.
