Although there were communication differences, this company has shown the willingness to provide quality completion, and have been very polite and responsive to a previous complaint. There was simply a communication gap, and LE&E is a great company that should receive a better rating than previously posted. For this area, LE&E is one of the best companies and they work hard to get the job done.

After about a year and a half, and being notified numerous times, this company has not completed it's electrical wiring on some roof outlets. We have called and called to try and arrange for them to come and finish. I would finish the job myself, but the wiring is different in the unfinished outlets. I would do the job out of frustration and loss of patients, but shouldn't this company finish their work? After all, we paid them a lot of money and the unfinished outlets are on the roof, as if they turned away and pretended to not notice. After calling many times through out the entire year, they still reply with " yeah, yeah, we'll come look at it tomorrow or the next day". They have never been back to "look" at their incomplete job since 5/5/08. Today is 11/20/09.
