Everytime I visit Brown Road Family Medicine it is always clean and presentable. The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoy the care that is provided by Dr. Laufer. I usually see his PA, Dr. Hawking. Everytime it is pleasent and all my questions are always answered and I never feel rushed. I feel like I have a say in all my medical treatments.
