Larsen Construction Company Inc. has been in business since 1977. We specialize in the framing of three and four story apartment buildings. Our business has prospered through the years due to the fact that we perform repeat business with the same owners/developers. Our commitment to job coordination and communication skills results in a smooth running job; and the formation of working relationships lasting for years.

Our rough carpentry bid includes lumber, labor, rough normal hardware, roof and floor trusses or labor only. I personally coordinate the ordering and delivery of lumber and hardware for each individual project. Also, I clarify any structural plan discrepancies with the supervisor and/or engineer prior to construction
