Laprovence Restaurant

The food was actually good here, but that was overshadowed by the attitude of the staff. Our chardonnay arrived at room temperature and both the waiter and the manager proceeded to argue with us about whether it had been chilled. The place was not crowed on a Saturday night, which speaks volumes. La Provence is in the Snowmass Mall, so perhaps the impending "new base village" has soured the staff as much as it has the locals. My rating: skip it!
