L'amour Bridal

Coming from California to Maui I was very skeptical about everything going right for our wedding day. The only hiccup I can say that happened was the search engines have their old address listed when looking L'amour up. Otherwise, We called the phone number listed and Genilli walked us through how to browse for the tuxedo style we wanted. We also had them steam my gown and my 3 bridesmaids dresses and my Mom's dress and the flower girl dress. I had a completely wonderful experience with their professionalism. This company ordered the wrong colors, even though we ordered them months in advance and spoke with them many times. The day before our wedding, they explained they tried to find the right color and material from their warehouse, but couldn't get it. We went on the hunt for the correct ones and came to find out where we finally found the right color and fabric, Lamour Bridal Salon was there earlier that day and STILL picked up the wrong ones! Then when questioned, they were very upset we "went behind their backs." It was a struggle to get any type of refund for THEIR mistakes! The tuxedos were not quality, buttons were falling off during the entire wedding. I would definitely find another company that knows what they are doing and are honest!!

Upon arrival, my soon to be husband's vest, tie and pocket square were completely the wrong color, which we had ordered months in advance. They offered to try and find the color and fabric we originally ordered from one of their "warehouses" to see if it was available. The next day, we had to call them to see if they were able to get the vest, tie and pocket square. She claimed she was not be able to get the same material or pattern, but was able to get the same color, which did not match the wedding party at all. My husband went on the hunt to find the right one, which he was able to find at Elly's Formal Wear. While we were there, we discovered the original company (L'amour Wedding) had already picked up another vest, tie and pocket square from there. The problem was it STILL was not the correct one. When my husband questioned this and asked for a refund, the company was very upset and claimed we "went behind their backs." It was an absolute struggle to get them to reimburse us for the vest, tie and pocket square, which they made a mistake on TWICE!! Not only did they make a mistake on my husband's vest, tie and pocket square, my ring bearer's tux was WAY too big. We sent them his measurements two times prior to the wedding and they still weren't able to get it right. To add to these issues we already had, buttons were falling off the tuxedos during the wedding. When I spoke to the company about a reimbursement, they only agreed to give us a small amount for the buttons falling off and for the ring bearer's pocket square not fitting. These were $250 tuxedos, they were not cheap! My advice, go somewhere else! They are a horrible business and created such a nightmare for my wedding. I would recommend Elly's.
