It was recommended by a co-worked who's daughter's friend had success there. \t\n\t\nI sent an email request for an appointment first since it was late evening when I sat down to look up the website.\t\n\t\nI called 3 times in the next week and never spoke to a human being. I left a detailed message twice with a number to call me back. They never returned my calls.\t\n\t\nI called and emailed the Wedding Belle in Tacoma and within 2 hours I had a response and by the next day a appointment.

I walked into Lady Margaret's Bridal Studio and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and was immediatly introduced to my consultant. She was so sweet and she showed me and my mom that she was truly interested in helping me find my perfect dress. It took about 25 minutes for me to find it. We were so excited! If finally all fell together that I was going to be the bride this time instead of the bridesmaid. The room was spacious and tidy and had a few sample tiaras, shoes, and veils in the room to help us see the big picture! I went to a few other bridal shops but they honestly did not hold a candle to the service and experience that the staff at Lady Margaret's had. Right before I made my decision on which gown was right for me, Lady Margaret introduced herself to me and treated me as if we had known each other forever! I was trying to decide which dress I wanted. One was $1650 and the other was $998. She was the one who suggested the CHEAPER one looked better, as if it were made for me. The fact that they dont work on commission, and just wanted a happy bride made all the difference for me. I took the dress home that was below budget and I couldnt have been happier!! Lady Margaret's is MOST DEFINITELY the place to go when you are planning the biggest day in your life. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE!!

I went to this bridal salon a little scared because my first experience trying on dresses was so horrible at another place but from the moment i walked in i was welcome with smiles! All of the staff treated me with so much kindness and looked like they where actully happy to have me there and help me with anything that I needed. They where informative, helpful, and over all a complete delight to to be around. I would most definatly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to make thier dress searching process one that is not only fun and exciting but also completely stress free! :)
