I have been a client of Matrix for several years. I have nothing but the utmost praise for the entire staff. I not only I go for coloring or testing of a hair product, I get to leave with great products to take home free of charge. I have never waited long upon my arrival and the staff is so personable that I enjoy my stay at the Salon. If it wasn't for the Matrix staff and their products, my hair would not look so healthy and shiny. I have gone to beauty salons that charge a small fortune, make you wait even though you had a specific time to be there and have been dissatisfied not only with my color and cut, the texture of my hair and the discourteous staff. I look forward to many more years of being a client at Matrix! SAB

Matrix personnal make you believe you will be part of their clientelle, when this is not true. At my iniital appointment, I was told I would be returning every 5 weeks to get my hair colored. This would be after an appointment to style my hair. When I couldn't make their appointment date for the styling, and another date was not available at the time, I was then told I would not be called every five weeks. Their clientelle was so hugh, they didn't know when I would be called.

I would suggest that if you accept appointments for 8am that the staff be ready to begin the test.\t\n\t\nThere have been times that I waited 30 monutes before the staff organized themselves to begin the product test. While I appreciate the service, I do have other obligations (work being one of the most important) that I need to attend to
