horrible stay, horrible treatment.. all around rude. coming form a return guest who has VERY fond memories of La Quinta Resort. Offered a upgrade on next stay....WHAT????!!! To be abused further? Honestly. They lied to BBB over our reservations and what was credited and reimbursed to us. As a company owner, I would NEVER want a complaint via BBB on my list for 3 years....EVER. Seriously the rooms need a LOT of maintenance.... A LOT!
