they said my car failed inspection due to a bad exhaust manifold. i just spent over $100 on a part that they said was cracked. upon pulling off the old part i inspected it and did not see any cracks but hoping that a hairline crack was maybe only present during running i called, notified the shop, and replaced the part. the shop told me that in order to "officially diagnose" the problem i would need to pay another $35 on top of the original $15 for the bogus inspection for a part that was not faulty. the manager basically informed me that even if they're wrong they wouldn't offer the courtesy of taking another 5 minute look since they just cost me out the yin yang.

basically the manager had a "i dont really care, we got your money, and i'm not admitting that our guy might have been wrong even though you can prove he was wrong". do not go there, it is a bad place and a waste of time.
so much for trying to give back to the dayton community. my money stays in atascocita now.
