I am aware that buying a used car "as is" is my own fault, but my previous car's engine went out and needless to say I was in need of a reliable car pdq.
I got the the overpriced car (9000.00 for 2000 model) at the end of December only to have it in the repair shop in under 3 months. With the noise the car is making I'm looking at paying close to, if not more than 10K for a 10 year old car. -And yet they can't afford a credit card machine for payments and no mechanic to help with the products that they sell.
On top of that..customer's are now required to show proof of insurance every 3 MONTHS..although most insurance companies automatically fax it every 6 months due to the fact that the dealership is the lien holder...but because some customers had accidents with no insurance, everyone has to be inconvenienced.
I pray that this is the last "used"car I will ever own. If the repairs are too cosly.. RMTD, here I come until i can save enough money to buy a new car in cash outright.
