Tired Of UnConcerned Office Management At Cedar Cove
The Manager At Cedar Cove Is very inconsiderate. She Is Never in the office to address tenant issues. She runs off all the people that she hires. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She often mistreats her maintenance workers. She's very incompetent in her handing of Landmark and Cedar Cove Properties, If you are the owner of ths property and you read this, pls consider talking with her.

Advantages Worst Apartments Ever!!
I have lived in the Advantages for almost 2 years now. For the last 3 weeks my ceiling has been leaking water and now part of my ceiling is hanging down. Management want call me and update me about what they are going to do about it. I called kirkland properties and ask to speak to Joey the supervisor over the Advantages but he want return my call. Please I beg you to avoid these apartments at all costs because managemet doesn,t know anything!!

NEVER AGAIN
To begin with, I'm only rating Kirkland/Windsor Village with 1 star because I have no option of giving them NONE.
My apartment at Windsor Village was awful. For the price of rent I paid, I expect to have kitchen cabinets that are not eaten up with MOLD. I suffered with NO AIR CONDITIONER during Summer 2009 and was only given a new unit after threatening legal action. 30+ days in 100+ degree MS heat without AC is unbearable.
The only saving grace at Windsor Village is their current manager, Janice. She does her best to get things done and make it look nice. But there isn't much you can do when the property management could care less about their tenants and quality of life.
