Kirby Water Conditioning

I have to say in my opinion this is a business that should be avoided. They billed us for work that was supposed to be done inside a condo with security. He would have had to enter the building and then go to an access area and unlock the door. Obviously none of this was done. The icing on the cake is that this work was to replace a filter on the second system. IT DID NOT HAVE A FILTER IN THE SYSTEM! Then when we didn't pay for a padded bill he turned us over to a collection agency. We engaged another company and they said he added an extra filter we didn't need and he changed the filters more frequently than needed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
