Incomplete work done twice, both time missing hardware, 2nd work was never completed & additional damage with missing parts. Seems they were stripping my car at insurance company's direction & not me, the owner's. Parts were not all returned or put as they were. "Lost" parts & tried to convince me not to keep my car after a fairly minor collision. I believe they were already selling parts from my car. I will never do business with or recommend them again. AAA rating seems to be working in concert to diminish insurance claims. "Lost" major car body part for almost a week.
