Arlington is a town in the Middlesex county of Massachusetts known for being one of the towns Paul Revere passed through on his famous midnight ride. Major attractions include The Minuteman Bikeway and The Arlington Center Historical District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Each year in the spring season there is a reenactment of Paul Revere's midnight ride. Arlington has a public school system with nine schools. It also has two public schools: Arlington Catholic High School and St. Agnes, an elementary school. One of the best places to visit when you are in Arlington is the Jason Russell House, a museum. Famous persons from Arlington include meatpacker Samuel Wilson, the namesake of "Uncle Sam," David "Chico" Ryan, Sha-Na-Na bassist, and actress Olympia Dukakis.
