Keep It Moving Company

We used Keep It Moving for our moving company to move from Cuba, MO to Bellefontaine, MO and we were completely satisfied. The movers were very careful with my stuff, and were very friendly.

They quoted me a price on the phone, then after the guys showed up and had been working a while, they told me the price would be $60 higher. I tried calling the "boss" who quoted me the price, but he wouldn't answer the phone. I had talked with him a couple of times before they arrived, and they have caller ID so he knew who was calling. I left several messages with no reply. I didn't pay the full amount but didn't get the full time and had to unload half of the truck myself. So I still got ripped off.

I don't know if the guys who were there were in on the scam either but I am sure they were since they waited until they were in the middle of the move to discuss the price.

Do NOT trust this company, get everything in writing before you do business with them. They are shady and not to be trusted.
