K 2 Auto Group

The car made some noise but when I brought it up to the sales person he just stated that is what the drive train sounds like. Well to say the least I trusted him (bad idea). I recently brought the car in to find it needs 3k worth of work. I am a single mom and made that very clear to them that I need a reliable car. I have called since but his attitude again was very aloof to the whole situation. Its good I have a friend to help me out. The issues well here is the list: two front bearings out, two front lower tie rods out, the oil pan gasket leaks, front brakes are out (needs rotors and brake pads). Why would someone sell a car to a single mom in this shape? Shame on you! I was also told it was a single owner car on the carfax... I wonder if that is even true.

I am a single mother of two. I went to this dealer because the prices seem great. They are good a little too good. I was looking to get a BMW there but they had sold the car. I was driving an old car and really needed a newer car so wanted to see what the other prices were. The person there was not very nice at all. Didn't really seem interested in selling a car at all. When I asked about different cars his attitude was pretty aloof. I know the dealers probably get people all the time that just want to waste time and test drive cars. I was there to buy and made that clear that I needed a new car. The sales person didn't want me to test drive the cars though at all. He seemed more interested in credit ratings and everything else (which again I understand to a degree). I was interested in two cars and wanted to drive them both. My kids were more interested in one a Jaguar. It was a very good price so I decided to see what my bank would do and wanted to test drive it.

I have purchased 4 cars over the years, from K2 Auto Group, and both of my sons have purchased at least 1 car each. We all have been more than satisfied with there sales and service. Everything they talked about and promised was taken care of. I've been doing business with them for about six years. Couldn't be happier.
