Always very professional ... courteous ... and the rental equipment is fairly priced. I recommend this business.

Heard of this place on a local christian radio station so I thought I would give them a try, my mistake. When I picked up the equipment Friday evening the young Russian lady and her daughter where very polite and a pleasure to speak with. I wasn't able to use the equipment until the Saturday morning, but when I tried to start the machine it wouldn't start. So I called the place to ask what I should do (please keep in mind this is a very simple piece of equipment with a honda engine that is VERY easy to start. I have run these things for 15+ years) Chip the owner tried to put the blame on me telling me I didn't know how to run it, he advised me to bring it back to him. So I had to load it back onto my trailer drive 30 minutes back to them so Chip could spend 45 minutes working on it. He hands the machine back to me with NO APOLOGY or anything. So I drive 30 minutes back to the job to find out yet another part was missing from the equipment, when I called Chip he once again put the blame on me saying I probably did something for the rubber gasket to come off. When I told him that we would need to discuss making all this right when I returned it he told me that he wouldn't do anything for me. My return time was 430, so when I returned it at 230 and asked him what we should do to make all this right he stated that he provided a product that I used and thus he wasn't going to do anything about it. He cursed at me telling me I was a hater and that he enjoyed people like me coming into his business to hate. When I asked him if he was worried about bad reviews and social media he said no because he records everyone that comes into his building and he would post my video to the web to show everyone. If your time and money are not important to you and you like being threatened then this is the place for you. I will never step foot in this place again nor will anyone I know, oh and this guy wants MY vote to get him into the U.S. Congress.......Chip Flanegan talks a big talk about his christian morals but runs a shoddy business.

I am with the Henry County Beekeepers and we planned our picnic this year for May 4th, but had to cancel because of weather...we were planning on having it May 11th, but they are predicting rain again, and our host property is soggyfied because of all the rain we have been getting, so we had to cancel again.These folks would not work with us for nothing! they kept $346.68 of our money because we had to cancel!On their website they say
