RUDEST STAFF EVER!!!
I called in a delivery order to the Jimmy John's on 16 and Rochester Rd, after waiting 40 minutes for my lunch, I called to make sure the order was taken properly, they read the order back to me and said it would go out with the next delivery boy, I continued waiting and finally when my lunch was about to end, I drove over to get the sandwich myself. I was greeted by terribly rude people who accused me of not placing the order at all, then said I called the wrong location, so I confirmed the number I called, and it was theirs of course! At this point the boy behind the counter huffed, rolled his eyes, and said "well what do you want? You want us to make or what?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! How rude! Not only was I accused of lying, they didn't even apologize or take ownership of the mix up!
