I purchased a year ago Dodge Grand Caravan and now I have 17,000 miles. While I was driving I notice smoke in my car, the transmission cracked open and all the oil spread over the engine and other parts. The transmission block in this car is made of plastic. I called the dealer for service because the car is under warranty. They kept me running in circles on the line. No help with the towing. I spent 30 minutes on the phone. Finally they asked me to call a towing company they work with and to tow the car to the dealer. After the towing arrived they ask me to pay because the dealer cover only 12 miles of towing and the dealer was 17 miles away. I spent another 30 minutes calling to get some help. Finally I was told that I would need to find a dealer nearest me to get a free towing. I asked if they can locate any dealer nearest me but the representative told me that he had no idea where Bensevi
