Reviews about Indian Springs Animal Clinic
Really GOOD!
I read the bad reviews, but also knew this was my only option for oral surgery on my kittie. And up to the appointment time I was concerned. I then re-read the reviews (I had a very positive experience with communication leading up to visit) and noticed reviews were all several years old. I can only conclude that the doctor and staff took notice and made changes. My experience has been more than positive. I highly recommend. - June 2010

Dr. Gaddis seems to be a average vet but his staff is a nightmare. They rude, unhelpful, and just down right mean. I was referred to Dr. Gaddis through a friend. (She also has had the same problems with the staff) The first time I went the receptionist was talking to another staff person about a customer and not in a good way at all. After clearing my throat they both looked at me and continued to talk badly about this person. (using words I would not repeat here) After about 3 mins I just asked if I needed to sign in or anything they both looked at me like I had something hanging from my nose and answered in a snotty NO. Things just got worse. I soon left and took my business elsewhere. My dog became very sick and I called and asked for my records to be faxed to his new vet and they said no. There were too many pages. I asked how many pages there were and she said she didn?t know. ??? (I mean how many pages could there be I only went there 2 times) I explained that my dog was really very sick and my new vet needed a history and she said ?sorry?. I finally had my new vet to call and request the records and they said they would have to get permission from Dr. Gaddis but he wasn?t in and wouldn?t be there for the next 3 days. My new vet again explained that the dog was very ill and if they could just read off the history to him. They said again they would have to get permission from Dr. Gaddis but he wasn?t in and wouldn?t be there for the next 3 days. I never got the records. I called and left message after message for Dr. Gaddis to call me and he never did. Of course I figured he never got the message. I sent him a letter explaining what had happened and I am sure he never got the letter.
