H. Murray Hohns is past president and founder of Wagner-Hohns-Inglis-Inc. WHI had eight offices across the United States, earned annual fees in the low eight figures and was rated in the top 250 engineering firms by McGraw-Hill.

Critical Path Management
Mr. Hohns was one of the pioneers in applying CPM techniques to the construction industry. He personally scheduled and updated the construction of more than 200 new projects with a total value of more than a billion dollars. He was one of the first people to use CPM to prove a delay claim and developed and taught this method so that it is now used in dispute resolution across the world.

Project Management
Mr. Hohns headed construction and project management teams on nearly $300 million of construction including six projects for the City of Boston totaling over $80 million, the $30 million expansion of the Anaheim Stadium, California to 70,000 seats, a $45 million addition to California Hospital Medical Center, Los Angeles, $95 million in projects in Hawaii, and $8 million in interior renovations at 80 year old Angelus Temple in Los Angeles.

Claims & Litigation
Former head of the Claims and Litigation group at Wagner-Hohns-Inglis Inc., which handled, at any one time, 250 active disputes that averaged $2 million each. Testified before boards and courts throughout the country.

Arbitration
Mr. Hohns served for four years on the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association, New York, NY. He was for many years a certified arbitrator for the California State Department of Consumer Affairs, for the California Toxic Waste Program and the Hawaii Lemon Law. He was a mediator for the Judiciary of Hawaii Center for ADR. He has served as a named arbitrator, single arbitrator, tribunal member, dispute board member, mediator, mediator in the church, and as a special master for the United States Federal District Court on the $200 million Tullahoma TN, US Air Force Wind Tunnel.
