Hof's Hut Corporate Office

we have been long term customers of hofs hut in long beach,
{bellflower blvd.} for over 25 years. 95% of the time we have all been completely satisfied. an occassional disappointment is nothing unuaual or to write about. however, last week, put it over the top. i ordered the sliced chicken breast salad. i believe it is on your menu as "bar-b-que" chicken breast salad. the first time it came out, the chicken looked and tasted like cardboard. against my normal habit,i sent the chicken back. the second portion of sliced, boiled chicken came out undercooked and tasted like rubber. i sent the second choice back. the situation was unbelievable to myself and to my friends. we have never experienced a problem like this in all our 25 yrs of eating here. finally, the third time i tried a piece of fried chicken. this selection was correctly made, but by this time, my friends had all finished eating. i, as well, was through eating my salad.
