STAY AWAY FROM THE WORST CLEANERS IN TENNESEE!!! We dropped 2 comforters off on a Monday to be cleaned prior to a large holiday party we were having the following Saturday. We were told they would be ready that Thursday. We went on Friday and they were not ready or even on the premise. We were the told they would for sure be ready on Saturday, the day of our party. We called Saturday morning and were told they were there and ready for pickup. We went to pick them up at 1pm and they still were not there or ready. We were told to come back at 2:30pm and when we did, only 1 was there, had not been cleaned per the employee, and the 2nd one was not even there yet. We left with the unclean comforter without paying due to services not being rendered (which the employee agreed about). We left our name and phone number to be called before COB so we could pickup the 2nd comforter. We never received a call. They called us the following Monday, said they had the 2nd comforter and to pick it up. Upon arriving, we initially refused to pay anything due to the 1st one not being cleaned, the second one being so late, and for all the inconvenience of running back and forth for 3 days. They (the owner or manager) refused to release our property until we paid the full amount, despite them releasing the first comforter unclean. After much arguing, we paid the bill in full so we could reclaim our property (which was not cleaned well at all). We have never in our lives experienced such poor customer service. They should be ashamed of how they run their business. My advice is to stay far away and give your business to someone much more deserving of your hard earned money. We have already filed a complaint with the BBB and we were not surprised to see they have an F rating from prior complaints
