I work with Realtors and sellers who are preparing to sell their home and are struggling with making their house look as good as possible to as many potential buyers as possible, thus increasing it’s chances for a quicker sale at the highest price. I transform homes into a welcome, appealing and attractive product for sale.
I also offer to families wanting to stay in their homes, lifestyle space planning as a cost effective way to improve the look and functionality of their home. I listen to their likes, dislike, wishes and dreams to create an attractive, affordable space designed specifically to meet their lifestyle needs as well as reflect their personal style and taste. I help bring the environment to life and make their home functional for their busy lives. As a designer, I see the space differently than a homeowner could ever image it. I am the holder of the vision.

I also work with clients that are concerned about their health, safety and well-being who struggle with health issues or chemical sensitivities and who want to have healthier indoor air quality and be more energy efficient to enhance their quality of life. What makes me different from my competitors is that I offer environmentally sustainable options, including services and products such as:
• Using furniture manufactured with formaldehyde-free foam
• Specify the lowest possible levels of (VOC) paints, finishes, and adhesives and waterborne stains, and topcoats
• Use rapidly renewable flooring products
• Specify energy-rated appliances with the “Energy Star Rating”
