George's Lawn Equipment Company

I've taken 2 machines to George's in 2 years. In both cases the repairs took almost a month. First instance they said it was fixed - it wasn't (and Lowes was good enough to replace it under warranty ~ repairs incapable at Georges

2nd time, again, sent for warranty on a mower. George's ""Yahoos"" didn't even have an ammeter to check if the system was charging. 3+ weeks later it came home, claimed (by George's) good - but died in a day.

If you don't need your equipment for a month, and if you don't care if it ever works again, go on down & see the grouchy ladies at the check-in desk

I've used many small engine shops all over San Diego and East County and have never found another shop to be as consistent on helping quickly resolve my small engine problems. Whether they can get the parts to me quicker and I make the repairs or I get them the equipment and they get it turned around quickly, they make sure I'm up and running as soon as possible. Price are the same as or less than everyone else or better. I've never had to take a piece of equipment back for additional repair work either. Only thing is, I have yet to find anyone in SD capable of properly sharpening chainsaw chains. Invest in a sharpener at Harbor Frieght and do it yourself.
