General Spray Service

My lawn looks worse today, after at least 1 full year's service from General Spray, than it has in the last 10 years. All along they've been spraying for fertilizer, weeds, and insects, and they have failed in all three areas. The grass looks terrible ( very thin and unhealthy), weeds everywhere, and an infestation of small black grasshopper looking things. Instead of wasting additional money for ineffective service, I just discontinued service.

a trck that had not been cleaned properlyfrom a previos job was filled and used to spray numerous lawns in my area and partially destroyed our lawns. owner came out apoligised and said they were wrong and would do what is necessary to correct this they did additional sprays at no charge and in Nov a truck appeared and 2 men took chunks of sod off chopped it up and did a very poor job of spot sodding it is now almost may and the spots are as they were when they placed them baddly and my yard is a mess of large bare spots some 4 to 5 ft in diameter I called and asked the owner to come out to look at it now 8 months later and no response one neighbor told him to stay away with no further contact but I feel it is thier responsibility to resod my yard it is beyond bandaids and I may have to go to court thier service was good but they did make a mistake and it needs to be handled correctly and now it needs a complete redo now as summer approaches I will not go away as my 1 neighbor has
