GM Cycles

I bought a wind shild advertised for an exsact fit for my bike. It didn't fit so I returend it. They recived the return and never returned my money. They never answered any emails. DON'T USE THEM!!

I ended up never ordering anything from GM-Cycles, but my experience with them is consistent with what other people are complaining about. I wanted to order a carb rebuild kit from them, but had a question about what the kit contained. Since they don't list a phone number anywhere on their site, I sent them an e-mail. I never got a reply. If customer service is so bad when it's in their best interest to talk to you so they can get your business, I can only imagine what to expect if you order something and you have a problem with it or need to return. I'll take my business to a better retailer.

I tried to contact these people about ordering 2 Mustangs seats. No response to multiple emails or phone calls and I was trying to buy, not return or complain. I then punched their address into mapquest and saw how small there building was compared to the volume they sell. No way they can stock everything they sell. My guess is they wait until you order, and when your payment clears, they then order from their supplier. I'm going elsewhere with my business.
