Bad Customer Service
Terrible. I have shopped at this store in 2 occasions, and believe me, there won't be a third one. They supposedly gave me a "good price" on a bedroom set and a double bed for the kids... I paid an expensive price worth of patience. They gave me the ran around for over 2 weeks, only to deliver junk to my house nearly 3 weeks AFTER their 4 different delivery dates.
Don't waste your time and money, go to a big furniture store that cares about customer satisfaction, like Bobs Furniture, Jennifer Convertibles and other great ones.
