Got kid cleaned up and ready for Christmas pics. We left the studio and approximately an hour later, someone from the studio called and told us that the card that we had pictures taken on malfunctioned. The studio was asking us to come back for another sitting except our kid was already a mess after we'd taken our kid to dinner after the sitting.

We are going to have a hell of a time getting back to the studio with Christmas and all, so we simply went through this effort for naught. I was disappointed that the studio wasn't even offering to redo everything for free.

As icing on the cake the studio also told me that this card malfunction happens once in a while. Can you imagine that? The sitting needs to be redone a "small percent" of the time!

Not a great experience.
