Hi Julie: I am the owner of FootSolutions in Denver and was surprised to see your negative rating toward our business. Usually we get fairly good marks from customers. However, when I tried to look up your purchase history in our computer to figure out what happened, I didn't see any of your data in our files. This leads me to believe that you might be referring to another store and mistakenly listed our store in your complaint. But to reassure you; we stand behind our products and services and will gladly exchange items or return them if they're not working for you.

Anyway, you're welcome to stop into our store located at 200 Quebec in Denver - or call me at 303-343-4444 - but my hunch is that you originally purchased your orthotics at another location.

The salesperson told me that just try them you can always bring them back, well guess what their arch supports hurt my feet back & knees. So I took them back to get my $$$$, and low & behold I was lied too. I been better treated by used car salespeople.. Shame on you FOOT SOLUTIONS DENVER

The people there are the nicest people on planet earth. I was going to be on my feet for 6 hours each day for 3 days in my dress shoes...they fitted me out with the best arches in the world and those arches wore out so I'm going back to get some ones that will last for 10 yrs.
