Note that making credit card charges prior to shipment of goods or provision of services may be grounds for revoking the merchant's relationship with MasterCard or VISA associations and thereby termnating their ability to accept credit cards for purchases. Complaints can be made regardless of whether or not the merchant reversed the charge.

Valentines order made on 2/9/2011. Credit card charge made same day. Flowers never delivered. Got run around from customer service (note lower case) for three days with same resopone - they would call me back after contacting local florist (even acknowledgeing that the local florist was not returning calls and their voicemail was full). never received an return calls. Don't let these folks spoil your special occasion, find someone else for your order.

This website was horrible to deal with. Our order was guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day. When my husband called to obtain the status of it, he was informed that the order had not yet even been placed w/ a local florist! Then they hung up on him! We spent $100 to make sure they would deliver on MD! Customer service was rude/unhelpful. They would not cancel the order even though nothing had been fulfilled yet. Dont deal with these people if you really want your order done right/or on time!!!
