Money back guarantee is false. Terrible job!! I had the owner (David) out to my house and he did the measureing. While he was in process of cleaning my carpets, I remeasured just to double check. I found he had measured wrong and had overcharged me. I was polite about it, figureing it was just a mistake. The next day, the whole house had a very musty smell and the carpet did not seem clean. I called and left polite voice messages many times but he would not return the calls. 3 weeks later, he answered. He told me he was offended that I remeasured the carpets. Said he would not correct the problem and hung up on me. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau. They opened a case and contacted the owner, who would not respond to their request to resolve the problem. So the case was closed. You can check the BBB, he has a rating of F. !!
