Don't count on them to do a good job
I submitted a letter-sized document online to be printed and cut into thirds. I viewed and approved the proof online and picked it up this morning. I found the final materials to have jagged edges where the cuts had been made, and the document had not been centered correctly on the page. Both men at the front desk denied knowing how that happened, blamed the designer, and were sorry they could not help me.
Somewhere between the FedEx online proof and production, an extremely simple job went wrong, and I've wasted time and money. This is typically what has happened when I've had to visit the only 24-hour banch in my area over the years.
