Enterprise Rent-A-Car

DO NOT DO IT. We recently made reservations online through AARP which went through Expedia and had a confirmation a few weeks in advance. This Enterprise location knew in advance that they would not have the vehicle when we came to pick it up, and told us that they made no attempt to contact us (yes, we are listed in the phone book and do have a home phone and unique name). They blamed Expedia, AARP, etc. but took absolutely none of the blame. We drove to the airport where that dealership had the vehicle, but that client service representative would not gamble on their perfect "SQ day" by renting to a disgruntled customer who might give them a bad review (ironic, huh?) So, all in all, our vacation was delayed by several hours on a holiday weekend as we looked for another vehicle at another company and the cost was about $300 more. NEVER AGAIN.
