They are on your side until they cannot fix a problem. Repeated error, denied they opened the hood to replace a power steering pump (Hmm, wonder how they replaced it) and will not own up to their mistake even when the car that was "ready" for pick-up was not able to leave the shop! Unfortunately, they proved me wrong and are shady just like every other repair shop. Thought I had found a reliable shop and would not have to go through finding another one like my last where I had to go through Michigan Law to get my refund as the customer is entitled if a shop has multiple attempts to fix the same problem. Wasn't even worth my time to go through it again. Very disappointing, don't let them fool you.

went in to have spark plugs replaced total price, $250 bucks, 50 for the plugs, 200 for the labor that spells RIPOFF!!!, well one within a week my truck was misfireing again. found a garage thru a friend that replaced all my sparkplugs, preformed a compression test as well as new spark plugs for the same price!!! went back to let them know what a terrible job they did. DENIAL sure they might have replaced 3 or 4 of the plugs but not all 8. never again!!

Deceptive service - beware of this shop. Parts replaced were used. Was not given an itemized receipt for transaction. After parts replaced failed within a couples months, they did not honor their "service" and could not warranty replacement of the failed part. Despite having multiple opinions from other certified mechanic shops in the area, they did not give me the benefit of the doubt, so I took it upon myself to replace the part and behold - the problem was fixed. Pulled out the "new" part and it had moderate rusting all throughout the housing which obviously could not have been attributed to 3 months of use if the part had actually been NEW. Quality control is not on the agenda unfortunately, since the install sequence perfomed here did not meet no where NEAR specifications set by OEM, specifically required for the working operation of this part. Keep your wits about you and beware of this place
