Elan Apartments Leasing

I lived here for 2 years. It is noisy even on the top floor (you can hear the shower and heater running downstairs), my car was broken into, the supposedly secure gates and doors are often broken or propped open so anyone can walk around, the amenities have been slowly disappearing and the price has been steadily climbing. I do not feel that it is a good deal.
