Joyce Carlson Clerical Services was established in 1992 to provide clerical service to small businesses in the Hilo Hawaii area. In 2004 the busines took a turn and fast became more focused on the need for notary public service. Clients include real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, title and escrow companies and various other businesses. In addition to the "usual" notary public signings, Joyce took courses to become specially trained in loan signings which include, but are not limited to; 1st & 2nd Mortgages, Refinance Loan, HELOCs, construction loans and Reverse Mortgages. Honesty and integrity are the essence of this business as well as courteous, fast and accurate service. I pride myself in these qualities.

I continue to do small business payroll and payroll taxes. I love my work and the wonderful people I meet.
