Great doctors! Horrible service
I have heard only good things about the doctors in this practice. Dr Schneider is wonderful. However from day 1 a year ago it has been a nightmare dealing with this office. Making an appointment is a 10 minute go around on the phone to even get a live person on the phone, then she wants to demand when you can come, if you try to get alternate dates to work with your schedule it is an issue with attitude. Totally rude. Try to get a hold of medical records, no one answers and voicemail asks you to leave a message and 4 days later, no response.
Unfortunately had to find another doctor, who will probably not be as good as Dr. Schneider, but who has time to deal with staff that do not know the meaning of customer service or efficiency. At the end of the day patients are customers and some of us have to work for a living and therefore need to be able to call and have a good and quick outcome for a simple task! Very frustrated customer.
