My husband and I have used Joe at Dos Boot about a dozen times since we moved to Queen Creek. Glad we found him. His is friendly, knowledgeable, quick, reasonably priced. I just had the pleasure of receiving computer service from Joseph. I called with my problem and went right in for a power supply replacement. Joseph immediately started working on my issue and within 15 minutes had it repaired and I was out the door. I was expecting a higher cost, but was pleasantly surprised at the final tab. He knew exactly what to do and was extremely pleasant to talk to. My business couldn't wait for 1/2-1 week response. Glad I found someone so close to me. Thank you for your service. I'll definitely be returning, since I have 7 computers that I rely on every day.

Customer service, (and a SMILE)that really is about the customer. This was truly amazing to find a computer repair business, that wants to help their customers. Down to earth, get the job done.
